The room was spacious, had a big window, a functional bathroom, and a great view; the central location was convenient for exploring the area and made it the perfect base for a relaxing stay.

I was happy, the a double room I booked came with bathroom and very comfy bed, for instance. The food was great overall. The hotel's staff were very very nice and affable all the time...

The setting is great and simple, it's right by the local bazaar and the centre, and the best bakery in town. Plus, there's Jackpot Baptist Church nearby as well.

The rooms were clean and functional with a great view and a very comfy bed. the location was marvelous for exploring the pretty quiet area, just a short walk to the best bakery, cafeteria, and a quiet area. - It was near Pizzeria Undici, where you can have dinner.

I gotta say, the value we got for our money at this place was awesome. The room was cheap and even included breakfast, a nice bonus. The location was spot on, right in the heart of everything we wanted to see and do. The staff at the hostel were kind and accommodating, especially considering we were traveling with a baby. They made us feel right at home, even though we were the only family there at the time. Plus, they had a bakery/restaurant that served delicious food and had a great atmosphere, especially on the terrace with its fine view.

Had trouble finding the entrance and had to go to a different hotel for the night. No staff around after check-in and had to get our own supplies like toilet paper and drinking water.

We had a great stay at Kukulkan Hostal for a few nights. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. We loved the shared balcony where we could enjoy a beer while taking in the view. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The double room we stayed in was affordable and even included breakfast. The shared kitchen with purified water was a convenient feature. The on-site bakery/restaurant had delicious pastries and a beautiful terrace with a great view. highly recommended for its friendly staff, central location, and comfortable rooms.

Excellent location, quiet area, close to everything. Free drinking water available. Lovely view and balcony in room. Close to ADO bus station. Good wifi initially. Shower gel and shampoo provided, with hot water always available.

I recently stayed at Kukulkan Hostal for two weeks and it was fantastic! The owners were incredibly helpful with arranging my transfer to Guatemala, and they even upgraded my room without any extra charge. The location is perfect - in a quiet area but still within walking distance of everything. I loved the hammock in my room and the lovely view from the balcony. The breakfast was the best continental I've had in a hostel, and there's even a bakery below with amazing pastries. Highly recommended!

our stay at Kukulkan Hostal was even better than our previous visit. The location is still excellent, close to everything. The customer service and daily room cleaning were outstanding. We loved the affordable pastries and amazing coffee from the nearby bakery.

Wifi had intermittent issues.

The location was fantastic, just a short walk away from the main tourist area. The breakfast provided was a great way to start the day, with a good selection of fruits, bread, yogurt, and a drink. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable.

The hostel didn't have a common area like most other hostels, which was a bit disappointing.
